PayDataCheck is a formatting and consistency checker for state pay data report files, provided by Cedano Labs LLC ("we").

• No legal advice, no guarantee of acceptance. We check files against published templates and FAQs. States change their rules and portals; the classification of your employees and the accuracy of your numbers are your responsibility. A clean check does not guarantee a portal will accept the file or that the report is compliant.
• Not affiliated. We are not affiliated with the California Civil Rights Department, the Illinois Department of Labor, the Colorado Secretary of State or any government agency.
• Pro and Firm. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks downloads for the current reporting year in the browser you paid from (we can move it on request). Firm is an annual subscription, cancellable anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. 14 days, no questions, if a file we marked clean is rejected by the portal for a formatting reason the template defines. Email support with the portal message.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
• Governing law. Wyoming, USA.
